Full Description

"This islet measures 20 metres from north to south and 10 metres from west to east and lies 10 metres from the south shore of Loch Dubh. The scattered remains of a possible causeway can be seen though no no access could be gained to the islet itself to confirm whether any structures had been constructed on it. The lack of any bushes or trees suggests that it has been recently and regularly grazed by sheep." (Burgess 2004, 28)
