Full Description

"Situated to the east of dyke 45.7 this well consists of a large boulder, within the stone enclosure, with a small circle of stones on its south side measuring 1 x 1 metres. The hollow in front of this boulder that would have originally pooled water has been filled in with a pile of smaller stones, possibly clearance from the surrounding crofting phase lazybeds." (Burgess 2004, 61)
