Full Description

"Running for 26 metres around the southern edge of the small bay formed on the north facing, southern shore of Loch Erisort at Creag Mhor, this wall is constructed for half its length of drystone and for the other half of turf and stone. Each part of the wall is roughly 13 metres long and the two halves are separated at the centre of the back of the bay by a gate or entrance 1 metre wide that allows access onto the shingle beach. The bay this wall encloses is 12 metres from west to east and 24 metres from north to south and is bordered on its west and east sides by sheer rock faces." (Burgess 2004, 115-116)
