Full Description
"Meeting house or chapel located at the neck of a promontory that projects from the west shore of Loch Cromore. Measuring 25 x 6.5 metres this building is orientated from north to south. This suggests that it was originally constructed for another purpose, perhaps as a dwelling, as it is not facing towards the east. The dwelling located to the west (71.5) is known as the 'Mission House' and is/was presumably the abode of the local Minister. The remains of a blackhouse (33.16) can be seen immediately to the south of this chapel." (Burgess 2004, 125)
