Full Description

"Situated on the western shores of Tob na Muilne the current croft house at Torastay takes the form of a Department of Fisheries cottage typical of those constructed after 1922. It is one storey only and has a small extension on its north side probably forming a scullery or kitchen. Several outbuildings can be seen to the north along with the dismantled dwelling or barn (58.2)." (Burgess 2004, 141)
