Full Description

"Situated on the isthmus of land between Camas Thormaid and Loch Cromore, overlooking the eastern shore of Loch Cromore, the remains of this cairn measure 4 x 3 metres overall and stand to a maximum height of 0.5 metres. This feature has an intermittant kerb that might suggest that it is early prehistoric in origin and part of the larger ritual landscape identified to the north and east. At the centre is a small but well formed navigation cairn measuring 0.7 x 0.75 metres and standing to 0.7 metres. This feature appears to utilise the location and stone of the earlier cairn in its formation." (Burgess 2004, 153)
