Full Description

"Situated on the north-west facing slopes above the south shores of Loch Erisort and the eastern shore of Tob na Muilne, the remains of this structure measure 10 x 6 metres, but survive only as fragmentary footings that outline its form. The exact nature and form of this building are unclear. It might mark the remains of an early crofting phase blackhouse, or alternatively it might represent the footings of an early whitehouse/greyhouse, typical of those constructed around the turn of the 20th century." (Burgess 2004, 166)
