Full Description

V126 NB 19274 11806. Structural remains c. 12 x 6m with south end extant and north end covered by large grass covered mound (see Yellow Fever story). Thickness of walls c. 1m and maximum surviving height of c. 1m. Entrance c. 1m wide located midway along east wall. Sub-division internally at south west is probably later. At NB 19274 11806, line at edging stones running for c. 4m along north face of structure is probably related and may represent boundary. Likely associated trackway c. 3m wide runs along north face of structure then turns north to current dwelling. To west of track is probable surviving length turf and stone boundary c. 5m in length, c. 0.75m wide and surviving to a maximum height of c. 0.75m. Immediately to south-west of structure is an area c. 15 x 8m of divided land with sporadic large stones at the edges.
