Full Description

V173 NB 10638 13463. Stone structure c. 5 x 3m internally located on bright green mound. Faced on inside but irregular on exterior. Width of walling c. 1.8m at base and of maximum surviving height c. 1.25m. Entrance located c. 1.5m at south end of long west wall. Turf covered and single phase. Outside to south, possible precursor defined by banked structure (?) running c. 5-6m paralleled to south end c. 2m wide and of maximum surviving height c. 0.75m. Bank has stone component and runs around to underlie long east wall of structure at slight angle. Adjacent to west, bright green grassy mound c. 10 x 5 x 1.5m, also appears to contain structural remains, although undefinable.
