Full Description

A building, situated to the S of the public road, was recorded during a pre-afforestation survey of Beinn Riabhach, North Uist. It measures 7m by 4.5m over 1m wide heather-covered stony banks standing up to 0.5m in height. Internally, it measures roughly 5m by 2m with the suggestion of an entrance near the centre of the long W wall. The building is overlain by a turf- and stone-dyke, which is part of the boundary associated with Scolpaig township (NF77NW 20).
