NLO: Butt of Lewis [name: NB 519 665].
9 May 1882, MARGARET, 9 yrs old, not registered, wooden lugsail, 5 tons, 8 crew, Master and Owner N. Paterson, Brue Barvas [possibly Barabhas: NB 361 499], Lewis, departed Brue Barvas for fishing, in ballast, wind SW9, foundered, total loss, off the Butt of Lewis.

(Classified as wooden lugger, in ballast: registration number cited as 5 May 1882 and date of loss as 5 May 1882). This vessel foundered off the Butt of Lewis. Capt. Paterson.
