Lochmaddy, North Uist, 24th April. `Part of a wreck of a vessel (supposed a schooner, laden with oats) and also a boat marked `EUPHEMIA, of Stromness, James Hatt¿, were cast ashore on the Island of Eriskay, 6th inst.¿.

Greenock, 3rd April. `The EUPHEMIA, Flett, from Clare to the Clyde, was totally lost with all the crew, on the South end of Barra, early last month.¿
