Loch Maddy (Loch nam Madadh) [name centred NF 931 685].

Lochmaddy, (No. Uist), 22nd May. 'A piece of the stern of a vessel, marked 'WILLIAM & ANN', and apparently not long in the water, has been washed ashore on this Island.'
