January 1863, BUSSORAH, new, SS, 467 tons, 33 crew, in ballast, foundered, total loss, 33 lives lost, off Western Islands of Scotland.

(Classified as iron steamship: date of loss cited as 9 February 1863). This vessel is presumed lost off Islay; wreckage was found at Ballinahy [Ballinaby], Saligo and Coull.
