15 June 1867, MAY QUEEN, 1 yr old, smack, 20 tons, 5 crew, in ballast, collision, total loss, 1 life lost, 2 miles S. of Loch Boisdale [Lochboisdale], Hebrides.

Greenock, 24th June. The MAY QUEEN (smack), of Ayr, sunk, 22nd June, near Lochboisdale, after collision with the VENUS (lugger), of Rosehearty: crew, except 1 man, saved.
