24 June 1890. OCEAN PLOUGH. 17 years. Not reg. Wood lugger. 18 ton. 7 men. Master and owner A. McLeod, Grimshader, Ross. Stornoway to fishing. Ballast. Collided un-reg fishing lugger STAG of Stornoway. Wind WNW5. Off Holm Point near Stornoway.

(Classified as wooden lugger, in ballast: regisration number cited as SY 350 and date of loss as 24 June 1890). This vessel was in collision and sank off Holm Point, near Stornoway.

This vessel is said to have been stranded at Holm Point. This name is not noted on the 1997 edition of the OS 1:50,000 map, but is probably to be equated with Rubha Thuilm [name: NB 441 305].
