Full Description
Two platforms, terraced into the west facing slopes, with up to 6 feannagan (lazy beds) of varying length, were identifed in this area. Although no structures were visibleon the platforms, there may be archaeological deposits preserved on them… A small mound or possible isolated wall end lies between the two platforms and measures c. 2m and 1m, oriented northwest-southeast.
There are up to 6 lengths of feannagan, running from the lowest point of the platforms in an east-west direction and varying in length from 8-20m, and having on average a width of 2m. They stop at rock outcrops before the coast.
