Full Description

12: NB 354 212. At this location there are two buildings, one with a partition wall upstanding to roof height and the other comprising the remains of a large rectangular enclosure with two small ancillary buildings at the western end upstanding to a heigh of 0.2m to 0.4m. Building 1 (NB 35482124) comprises the remains of a blackhouse measuring 18m x 5m and upstandint to a height of 1.5m. The second set of remains, comprises an enclosure measuring 30m along the northern side, 24m along the southern edge and 18m N-S. At the NW and SE corners are the remains of two small ancilliary buildings.
