Full Description

34. Stoneybridge, South Uist NF 7368 3322
c.15 m diameter, 0.5m + depth of deposits. Surveyed June 1993, June 1994. Land cultivated. Scarce ?Late Iron Age pottery. Bone and shell (sparse). One sherd has the wiped exterior surface similar to pottery in the later phase of Dun Cuier (ie pre-Viking Iron Age).
