Full Description

4.6 Head dyke 1
Although there are many dykes in this area, this is clearly the stownship's head dyke extending south around the coast and west towards the hills. In doing so, the dyke follows the line of the edge of the coastal strip of relatively flat land, and the river as it heads west into higher ground.
