Full Description

Archaeological evaluation ahead of development. In one of the trenches a buried rubble stone wall was identified. The wall was orientated ESE/WNW with a fine white render to the northern elevation. The surrounding silty sand subsoil was noticible for the huge numberes of cockle shells included within it.
All features and finds indicated an 18th century date.
