Full Description

Double pile farmhouse with attached byres, small walled garden to SE with rockery comprising of beach pebbles, quernstone fragments and several perforated stones . Additional detached byres to NNE. Large walled garden to SE. These buildings are apparent on the 6" 1st edition Ordinance Survey 1876.
This farm would appear to have been built after the previous settlement was cleared. The earlier settlement is apparent on R.Reids Plan of the Island of North Uist (1799).
