The house comprises of a pile of stone and rubble, with remnants of scattered of domestic objects. 13 x 8 m across. There is a mound of earth, about 1 m high, immediately to the north-west, which is likely to be earth excavated as the drive was made.

The concrete overlies a low platform of stones, constructed of rounded boulders, which was just visible through dense vegetation around the north-west and south-west edges of the concrete. The stone platform is approximately 25 m in length.

This was a 2 bay, central doorway ,one & half storey cottage with pitched roof. Walls comprised of roughly coarsed rubble work.
