Full Description

An intermittent low earthen bank, with occasional stones visible. The feature is 22 m long, oriented north-east/south-west. It stands up to 0.35 m high, and up to 1 m across at its widest. A boulder stands at each end, up to 0.6 m across and 0.5 m high. The feature is located on a gentle east-facing slope, within an area of enclosed grazing. The bank is probably related to modern land-use, as it is an ephemeral surface feature, and the Ordnance Survey maps show no settlement or enclosure in the area until the mid twentieth century.
