Full Description

A semi submerged stone causeway to a small island on which the ruins of a structure are visible. The island looks natural and the structure on it is smaller than a dun, however its overall form is not discernible. The causeway appears very straight and is depicted on the 6" 1st ed Ordnance Survey sheet, giving it the impression of a boundary wall, while the islet shows no features. Identified on current AP's.
Site visit required for clear identification.

The islet appears to comprise of peaty soil, a constructed stone enclosure surrounds its perimeter. The northern part of the islet has significant erosion, however the surrounding stone is intact. Viewed from the shore only.
