Full Description

Identified during topsoil stripping for assocaited causeway development. Sub- circular cairn comprising of small and meduim sized stones in a loose sandy soil matrix, these are contained by a substansial kerb, stepped at one place. Dimesions 8m x 8.8 height 0.5m. This feature was partially disturbed by slipway works, the fest of the site has been preserved in situ. Highly likely that this a Bronze Age burial cairn.
