Full Description

Earthen dyke running east-west for 20 m, across the southern side of the Rubha Bhuailt peninsula. The dyke is 1.2 m wide, and flat-topped, with sides angled at approximately 30 degrees from the horizontal. To the south of the dyke, the ground slopes down to the shore. The dyke is possibly a field boundary.
Uist Archaeology 09/2009

A linear feature visible on the 1965 aerial photograph, running E/W on the southern area of Rudha Bhuailt. The 2009 surveyrecorded the featureas 20m long & 1.2m wide. The 2011 survey identified the turf covered, stone filled boundary dyke.
