Full Description

VS20 (NL635943) Two blocks of stone, each 0.5 m high, one 0.26 x 0.17 m in section and the other 0.28 x 0.24 m. They stand in machair and it is possible but unlikely that they are much taller than they appear. They appear on the OS map as 'standing stones' but on present evidence this is difficult to justify. Their location is insignificant in terms of the landscape.
