There are quantities of stones, said to be the remains of circular buildings of various dates, on a shelf on the S side of Biruaslum island.
Visited by RCAHMS 12 June 1915.
RCAHMS 1928.

Remains of several circular shielings, 0.6m high.
Visited by OS (RB) 18 May 1965.
