NF60SE 36 651 005

At NF 651 005 [and two other sites] "Erosion patches in blown sand yielded, besides the usual bones, shells and occasional fish vertebrae, iron slag, sherds, hammer stones and flint flakes". A second site was found very close by but perhaps about 15m higher up the hillside. Finds deposited in Glasgow Museum and Art Gallery.
