BY1. A small circular hut with stone-founded walls, well grassed-over but up to 0.3m high. Overall diam. 4.7m, doorway to E, facing a boundary wall at 6m.

BY1: Round house. Bottom of coastal hill-slope. BY1 is located in the northern settlement area close to the foreshore. The overall diameter is 4.7m with 1m thick walls of stone and earth surviving to a height of 0.3m. The entrance is, as tradition and the prevailing winds dictate, to the east.
