Foundations of a rectangular stone founded building, 8.5 x 6m, with possible entrance in the north (long) wall facing the sea. Traces of an enclosure (possibly no more than a fence line) around the house. Small jetty to the NW.

Site is as described by B & F above, heavily waterlogged. The remains of the small stone jetty are in a ruinous condition due to storm damage. The 6" 1st ed Ordinance Survey map sheet depicts a rectangular roofed structure within a small enclosure, bounded by the coast to the north, a trackway is shown heading west to connect with the settlement at Cuier.
