Full Description

NF60SE 12 6718 0170.

The remains of a probable cairn, a stony grass-covered mound 7.0m in diameter and 0.9m high, are situated in a pasture field at NF 6718 0170. On its south perimeter there is a 5.0m long stretch of stones (0.2m average height), probably the remains of a kerb.
Surveyed at 1/2500.
Visited by OS (W D J) 26 May 1965.

B2 (NF672017) A low cairn, 6 m diam., with clear traces of an edging kerb on the southern, downslope, side. Much of the cairn material has been robbed. Prehistoric kerbed cairn.
