NS60SE 13 6769 0491.

(NF 6769 0491) A possible round cairn with peristalith about 15 ft in diameter - perhaps the remains of a long cairn.
OS 6"map annotated by A L F Rivet (Assistent Archaeology Officer) 19 November 1959.

A probable round cairn, 4.5m in diameter, with a peristalith of medium-sized stones up to 1.0m high. The centre of the cairn is covered by an amorphous scatter of stones. No trace of a chamber or cist was seen, or indications of a long cairn.
Surveyed at 1/2500.
Visited by OS (W D J) 27 May 1965.
