Full Description

NF66SW 7 6349 6144.

(Area: NF 635 613) Crois Leandal, a hillock situated west of the cottages on Ceann Ear, Heisker, is the probable site of a cross.
E Beveridge 1911.

This natural hillock was pointed out to me at NF 6349 6144 by Mr Morrison. On the top there is a small heap of stones, probably stone-clearance: there are no traces of a cross The name 'Crois Leandal' is correct.
Visited by OS (W D J) 18 June 1965.
