NF70SE 1 centred 764 037.

(A - NF 7641 0375 : B NF 7641 0373 : C - NF 7642 0374)
Remains of three probable burial cairns. A is a heap of stones: B and C are enclosures outlined by stones.

The three alleged burial cairns are situated in a sheltered grassy area close by the east shore of Hintish Bay.
A is an almost circular scatter of rubble stones, approx. 6.0m in diameter, but with no distinguishing features of a cairn.
B is an oval of rubble stones, oriented E and W, 3.2m by 0.9m by 0.2m high and is possible a Viking grave.
C is a D-shaped shieling, 3.0m by 2.5m by 0.6m high, built against the
W face of a large boulder, 2.5m by 1.7m by 1.4m high. A similar structure adjoins this boulder to the SE.
