Abstract/Summary

University of Edinburgh, Department of Archaeology, project paper no. 8, 1987 excavation at Loch Olabhat in North Uist on the site of Eilean Domhnuill. The aim of this year was to examine the nature of the neolithic occupation and organic preservation. Excavation revealed large quantities of early neolithic pottery, organic materials and stone artefacts.
