Description

Recording of human remains & grave cuts, impacted by maritime erosion . Archaeological deposits and artifacts predating the cemetery were also identified. Temporary protection was placed on the site, as a short term fix, in the form of sand bags and gabion baskets. Report suggests an early christian date maybe likely and includes recommendation for the production of a post-excavation research design.
