Formerly NB45NW 53.

A township, comprising four unroofed buildings annotated 'Ruin', two large conjoined enclosures and a small circular enclosure is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Isle of Lewis Ross-shire 1853, sheet 5). Two roofed, six unroofed buildings, pecked outline for the two large conjoined enclosures shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1974). The township has been overlain by a crofting field-system (see NB45NW 48.07).
